The easiest, quickest and most secure way is to book through our online site. You are welcome to call our Contact Center in Copenhagen, Denmark on 202-552-1060 (English speaking staff) if you have any questions or need help, but please note that booking and payment must take place on-line on our site. It is not possible to book over the phone, as we cannot accept phone payments for security reasons. You can also email your questions using the contact form here on this page, and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
As a general rule, you cannot change, return or cancel a booked and confirmed ticket.
However, we will, of course, do what we can to assist you if you cannot use your tickets. Should you need to cancel your booking, please contact us via the contact form and state your booking reference. We will do what we can and try to cancel your booking, or attempt to re-sell your tickets to other clients. We cannot promise anything, but will try to help you.
In order to refund or resell your tickets, we must seek approval from the event or venue. We must then obtain a credit note from our agent. This process takes time, and it is not unusual for us to be uncertain until 1-2 weeks after the event date as to whether your tickets have been refunded/re-sold. If we get your tickets get re-sold or refunded there will be a cancellation fee each ticket.
